About the RoleWe’re looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Communication Designer to lead creative design and storytelling for our Bangladesh marketing and brand initiatives. In this role, you’ll create high-quality visual assets that strengthen our local brand presence - across digital, print, video, and internal communications.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Bangladesh marketing team to design for campaigns, social media, events, and internal branding — combining creativity, strategy, and attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity to make a strong visual impact while working within a global brand environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver creative materials for Bangladesh marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Create and maintain Google Slides templates for internal and external communication.
Design visuals for social media campaigns and digital promotions.
Develop animations and video content to support brand storytelling and engagement.
Produce print-ready files for marketing and event materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing outputs.
Collaborate with marketing, HR, and communication teams to produce impactful visuals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
Contribute creative ideas that blend global brand standards with local cultural relevance.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in brand, marketing, or communication design (agency or in-house).
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
Strong video editing skills are highly preferred.
Experience in product photography is a plus.
Experience with AI-based video tools is a strong plus.
Illustration skills are a plus.
Knowledge of print output preparation and production processes.
Strong portfolio showcasing brand, campaign, and multimedia design work.
Excellent sense of typography, color theory, layout, and motion design.
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the marketing team.
