We're looking for a creative and innovative Graphic Designer with strong illustration skills to join our design team at ClickUp. You'll work on projects seen by millions worldwide, focusing on social banners, billboards, event materials, brand assets, ads, product screens, and print materials.
Strong illustration skills are crucial here. They will help you add that extra creative spark to your work, bringing everything together in a unique way, like a piece of art... not just placing text and images together and calling it a day. You should be comfortable using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). You'll also collaborate with our Director of Marketing and Brand Marketing Manager to create assets ranging from email and web design to product marketing, social media content, digital ads, print collateral, and more.
Qualifications:
- Strong online portfolio showing a range of work across print, digital, and presentation.
- Proficient in Adobe CC tools; Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign in both print and digital output.
- Proficient in at least one UX/UI tool (Figma is preferable).
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Advanced knowledge of design principles including typography, composition, color schemes, imagery, illustrations, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
Salary and Benefits

USA Salary Range (OTE)
$110,000—$145,500 USD
