Job DescriptionJob Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong creative vision and expertise in branding, visual storytelling, and digital design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating impactful designs for marketing campaigns, digital assets, print media, and motion graphics. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring brand consistency and delivering innovative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative & Visual Design:
· Develop high-quality designs for branding, marketing, social media, websites, and print materials.
· Design compelling graphics, infographics, brochures, banners, and presentations.
· Create UI/UX assets for websites, apps, and digital experiences.
· Work on motion graphics and video-based content for enhanced storytelling.
· Branding & Strategy:
· Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print platforms.
· Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align designs with brand messaging.
· Develop visual identities and branding elements for new products and campaigns.
· Collaboration & Customer Engagement:
· Work closely with clients, creative leads, and content teams to understand project requirements.
· Provide creative direction, mood boards, and design concepts.
· Review and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback and user insights.
· Quality Control & Process Optimization:
· Maintain high design standards, ensuring accuracy, creativity, and attention to detail.
· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
· Optimize design workflows and tools for efficiency and innovation.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Strong typography, layout, and branding skills.
Experience with UI/UX design and Figma/Adobe XD is a plus.
Knowledge of motion graphics and basic video editing is a bonus.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in AI-powered design tools.
Understanding of digital marketing trends and social media graphics.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
Educational qualification: Bachelors in Design / Fine Arts / Animation
