Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  1. Check details on factory sheets and Finalizing the Artwork (labels/stickers/Tags/Structural Packaging) for production

  2. Check details of new developments and ensure that details are accurately carried out 

  3. Regularly update manuals, size charts and designs

  4. Ensure that orders are processed on due dates 

  5. Design flexibly across the many industries we serve

  6. communicate effectively with key stakeholders to manage expectations

  7. work together with the MarCom assistant and Marketing segment leads to ensure design requests are delivered on time through scheduling and prioritization


OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure ISO quality, Environment, health and safety standards are adhered to and all activities in the department are carried out in complaint with the Standard Operations Procedure.

  2. Continuously improve and develop your knowledge and skills on the job through training and development initiatives provided to you by the company.

  3. Give feedback regarding your training in the follow-up on actions taken after training

  4. Responsible for that company policies, procedures and regulations are followed at all times and for protecting the confidentiality of company and work-related information at all times


WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

  1. Diploma in computing and in areas such as design and graphics

  2. At least two years of relevant experience preferably in a similar capacity 

  3. PDF Editing

  4. RIP Operation

  5. File Handling









Qualifications

  • BA Hons (or equivalent) degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or similar field

  • minimum five years of experience

  • excellent communication skills in English

  • exceptionally organized, with an attentive eye for detail

  • a deep understanding of brand guidelines and a mastery of design systems (grid systems, typography, accessibility)

  • fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace

  • knowledgeable in technical requirements for digital communications

  • comfortable working in and outside of design templates
