The Role

We are seeking a highly creative and self-starter individual to join the Pura team as a Senior Designer. This position will be responsible for helping to create the visual direction of our brand, with a strong emphasis on conceptual thinking for brand campaigns. The successful candidate will possess the ability to lead photoshoots, create visually compelling designs, and communicate Pura’s message effectively. They should be able to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate positively with other team members.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptual Development: Generate innovative concepts and design solutions that align with project objectives and brand strategy.
  • Visual Direction: Lead the visual direction for brand campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and compelling aesthetic across all touchpoints.
  • Photoshoot Leadership: Plan, direct, and execute photoshoots, working closely with photographers, stylists, and other team members to ensure high-quality visual outcomes.
  • Design Execution: Create graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media, including marketing collateral such as emails, advertisements, and social media graphics.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and clients to understand project requirements and objectives, and ensure consistency and quality across all projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on brand campaigns and visual direction.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating an understanding of conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, typography, hierarchy, and layout.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience in Figma preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading creative projects and directing photoshoots in collaboration with our in-house photographer.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and self-starter individual to join the Pura team as a Graphic Designer. This position will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that communicate Pura’s message. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively and positively with other team members. 

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design creative solutions that meet project objectives and requirements
  • Create graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media
  • Design marketing collateral including emails, advertisements, and social media graphics
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality
  • Work with team members and clients to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Collaborate with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality across all projects
  • Key Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating an understanding of typography, hierarchy, and layout
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience in Figma preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
