The Role

As a Sr. Graphic Designer, you will create a variety of brand assets for use across the organization. You will develop visual concepts/designs within our existing framework, work with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, and create deliverables for use in various media from print to digital. In this senior-level position, you will frequently take on a mentoring role to other team members in a collaborative environment. This role is expected to stay abreast of and to use their extensive knowledge of current design software to produce state-of-the-art visuals and materials. You will be expected to communicate effectively and interact with everyone on a daily basis in a positive manner.

  • You develop and pitch new concepts/designs for use in product launches, sales incentives, global campaigns and events.
  • You design various campaign deliverables including but not limited to presentations, emails, MMS, animated gifs, digital ads, mobile application banners, web heroes, brochures, catalogs, social media posts, flyers, event signage, packaging, infographics, etc.
  • You lead the concept process for attention-grabbing primary and secondary product packaging designs that reflect current market trends.
  • You attend and oversee press checks when needed. Travel may be required based on location.
  • You lead the concept/design of environmental signage, digital signage and stage design for events. Work with outside vendors to provide final deliverables.
  • You collaborate with Director, Creative and Photographers to concept and execute photoshoots - create shot lists, prop shop, style, cast talent and scout locations.
  • You think beyond a single channel execution, identify new opportunities, and execute strategies focusing on the customer journey.
  • You partner with digital marketing to provide on brand campaign imagery/graphics for company website and across social media channels.
  • You communicate effectively and collaborate cross-departmentally with copywriters, video editors, photographers, marketing managers, sales and event teams.
  • You update and enforce style guides for use by internal teams and outside vendors.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related field.
  • You have a minimum of 8 years in graphic design and experience creating print and/or digital in a corporate or agency setting.
  • You possess detailed understanding of print processes. Possesses an eye for detail and can accept constructive criticism. Highly motivated and has the ability to take on multiple projects and work with short deadlines.
  • You must have a portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in a variety of design styles including print, media, social media channels and web. Animation skills are a plus.
  • You have experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft.
  • You have experience with Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is a must. A working knowledge of project management solutions such as WorkFront or Basecamp and digital asset management tools are a plus.
  • You can work within an organized server/DAM environment and adhere to existing labeling and archiving techniques.
  • You achieve individual and team goals. Meet organization's tight deadlines with the resources provided and never compromise ethical standards.
