Senior Graphic Designer

We are currently looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

As a member of international communication and branding projects, you will support leading institutions and organisations in delivering impactful visual communication. You will be responsible for developing high-quality graphic assets, maintaining strong visual identities, and ensuring brand consistency across multiple channels and formats. The role combines creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in fast-paced, multilingual environments.

Start date: ASAP – End date: 31 December 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce communication materials including PowerPoint presentations, posters, banners, roll-ups, signage, stickers, flyers, invitations, save-the-date cards, and infographics.
• Create custom illustrations, icons, and visual assets aligned with project objectives and communication strategies.
• Develop creative concepts and visual proposals based on approved briefs and campaign objectives.
• Define and maintain the visual identity, look & feel, and branding guidelines for campaigns, projects, and communication initiatives.
• Adapt and transform existing assets into multiple formats, including static visuals, digital publications, GIFs, presentations, and web content.
• Resize, reformat, and update existing branding materials while ensuring visual consistency and quality.
• Design engaging email newsletters and HTML-ready visual templates.
• Coordinate the production and layout of multilingual communication materials.
• Select and integrate photography, illustrations, artwork, and design elements to maximise visual impact.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, developers, printers, and external suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with visual identity standards, accessibility requirements, and institutional branding guidelines.
• Contribute to the development and management of corporate, cultural, hospitality, and institutional brand identities.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud:
• Illustrator
• Photoshop
• InDesign
• Expertise with Figma and creation of interactive mock-ups.
• Excellent command of Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design.
• Experience with Keynote.
• Knowledge of Framer for web and digital experiences.
• Strong understanding of visual identity systems, branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
• Experience creating digital and print-ready communication materials.
• Ability to produce assets for web, social media, newsletters, and corporate communication channels.
• Familiarity with responsive and multi-platform design principles.
• Experience working in macOS environments.

Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in graphic design and visual communication.
• Proven experience in branding, corporate communication, and campaign development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across print and digital media.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality visual outputs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in multicultural and multilingual environments is considered a strong asset.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English is required. French is considered an asset.
