About the RoleWe’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of visually compelling, brand-consistent designs across digital, packaging, retail, and campaign touchpoints. This role blends conceptual thinking with hands-on execution, helping evolve Touchland’s visual identity and ensuring creative excellence across all platforms.
Work EnvironmentHybrid: This is a hybrid role based in New York City and requires in- person attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Role Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesBrand & Visual Storytelling
Translate the Touchland brand identity into compelling, consistent visual assets across digital and physical touchpoints.
Uphold and evolve the brand’s visual guidelines to ensure a cohesive experience across platforms and channels.
Support campaign ideation and development, bringing a creative perspective to storytelling that connects with our community and stands out in a crowded beauty landscape.
Translate creative briefs into emotionally resonant concepts aligned with Touchland’s design DNA.
Digital & Social Media Design
Design performance-driven creative for paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google), ensuring all assets align with brand and performance objectives.
Create engaging organic social content and templates, including story layouts, reels thumbnails, UGC overlays, and motion/animated graphics when needed.
Collaborate with the social team to iterate on content that is reactive, trend-driven, and brand-relevant.
Continuously test and optimize visual approaches for click-through, engagement, and retention.
E-commerce & CRM Assets
Design visual assets for touchland.com including homepage modules, product pages, promotional banners, and landing pages.
Design visual assets for email and SMS campaigns, working within brand guidelines to bring freshness and visual impact to recurring and campaign-based sends.
Partner with marketing and digital teams to ensure assets meet creative, UX, and performance expectations.
Retail, Packaging & Merch
Support retail design initiatives including in-store signage, endcap displays, planograms, and event visuals.
Assist with the creation of packaging design, dielines, and product extensions in collaboration with the Creative Director and product development team.
Design touchpoints for brand collaborations (e.g., Disney, Hello Kitty, Crocs), ensuring partner and brand guidelines are met with creative excellence.
Contribute to the development of new merch and accessories from concept to execution.
Creative Direction & Creative Support
Contribute to creative concepting sessions and moodboarding for launches, campaigns, and new product storytelling.
Assist on set during photoshoots (ecomm, lifestyle, campaign), supporting layout planning, styling, and real-time feedback.
Collaborate with external partners, freelancers, or studios as needed to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables.
Provide production-ready files to vendors and printers with an understanding of print requirements and specifications.
Creative Operations & Collaboration
Work closely with the Creative Director, cross-functional stakeholders, and project managers to meet timelines and brand standards.
Manage multiple design projects at once, proactively communicating bandwidth and timelines.
Organize and maintain a structured file system, ensuring assets are easily accessible and up to date.
Participate in creative reviews with an openness to feedback and commitment to iterating quickly.
Batchelor’s Degree required.
5+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods).
Demonstrates elevated design taste, brand storytelling, and multi-platform thinking across print, OOH, digital, packaging and 360 marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma a plus
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere) is a plus
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit—eager to contribute and grow in a fast-paced, ambitious team
Passionate about aesthetics, innovation, and the future of beauty.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $110,900 – $160,000.
This position is also eligible for a bonus.

U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
