CONMED Orthopedics is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in medical device and med tech design. This role will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create compelling visual assets that support branding, product launches, and educational initiatives. Senior Graphic Designer Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Lead design projects from concept through execution across digital and print platforms.
- Develop original design concepts, including medical illustrations, animations, and infographics.
- Support design rebranding initiatives ensuring compliance with medical device regulations.
- Apply advanced typography and layout techniques to enhance user experience and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials for surgeons, patients, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain brand integrity across all channels and campaigns.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in medical device marketing.
- Manage production and quality checks for all creative deliverables.
- Possibility for limited travel
Position Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related field
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design within medical device or med tech industries
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong knowledge of HTML5 and digital design best practices.
Preferred Requirements
- Expertise in web wireframing and web design principles.
- Experience working in a regulated environment with FDA or EU MDR guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

- Experience with multimedia design, including medical animations and illustrations.
- Clear understanding of medical device regulations and ability to design within compliance standards.

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $64,000 - $99,000 with bonus opportunity. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
