Summary

We’re seeking a senior-level designer to act as our department of one, leading brand design across all parts of the business. This role blends creative direction and hands-on design execution — you’ll refresh our logo/brand identity, standardize visual guidelines, and produce everything from swag and marketing collateral to executive presentations and websites.

You’ll own:

  • Company logo refresh & brand style guide.
  • Marketing materials: flyers, posters, documents, emails, website assets.
  • Swag, signage, and internal branding projects.
  • Polished PowerPoints and visuals for exec presentations.
  • Vendor coordination for print and swag.
  • Ensuring consistency and quality of all design output across the company.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years design experience, ideally in both print + digital.
  • 4 year Bachelor's degree
  • Strong portfolio showing logo/brand redesigns, email/web design, swag, and multi-channel work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) + Figma/Canva.
  • Bonus: experience with HTML/CSS for email templates, motion graphics, or video.
  • A proactive communicator who can work cross-department and balance multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
