Summary
We’re seeking a senior-level designer to act as our department of one, leading brand design across all parts of the business. This role blends creative direction and hands-on design execution — you’ll refresh our logo/brand identity, standardize visual guidelines, and produce everything from swag and marketing collateral to executive presentations and websites.
You’ll own:
- Company logo refresh & brand style guide.
- Marketing materials: flyers, posters, documents, emails, website assets.
- Swag, signage, and internal branding projects.
- Polished PowerPoints and visuals for exec presentations.
- Vendor coordination for print and swag.
- Ensuring consistency and quality of all design output across the company.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years design experience, ideally in both print + digital.
- 4 year Bachelor's degree
- Strong portfolio showing logo/brand redesigns, email/web design, swag, and multi-channel work.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) + Figma/Canva.
- Bonus: experience with HTML/CSS for email templates, motion graphics, or video.
- A proactive communicator who can work cross-department and balance multiple priorities.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
