You’ll work alongside founders, and international partners across green tech, AI, circular economy, and digital transformation, by empowering different businesses to grow.
You will:
- Prepare meaningful project proposals in cooperation with the project manager and the client;
- Evaluate the suitability of projects for the funding measures;
- Prepare the project development plan and other documentation in cooperation with the client, incl. independently conceptualizing the client's development idea, analyzing its novelty and value proposition, researching target markets and competitors, etc.;
- Develop independently persuasive narratives that highlight the project’s impact, innovation, and alignment with funding objectives;
- Lead problem-solving sessions and structure the storyline on good understanding of the business case;
- Develop insights and strategic recommendations for clients based on findings;
- Manage small-scale projects, including leading discussions and communication with the client during the project;
- Help juniors to grow and develop within the company.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Economics, Business Management, Finance, or a related field (finished Master's would be taken as an advantage);
- At least 2-3 years of experience working in innovation management, analytics, market research, auditing, or management consulting;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Excellent skills in writing, well-structuring, and composing argumentative texts;
- Open to taking on challenges and see them as opportunities for growth;
- You thrive in deadline-driven and project-based environments;
- You feel comfortable with Estonian and English as your main working languages, both verbal and written;
- Readiness to reach for excellence and produce results that add value to the business;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- A great advantage - experience in compiling funding applications;
- Ability to work in the office in Tallinn or Tartu 3 days/week.
