The Senior Global Product Manager, Digital Modelling & Data Products is responsible for the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of Cytiva's GoSilico mechanistic modelling and process simulation portfolio. This role sits within the Clinical Programs platform and serves as the commercial owner of a growing digital and software portfolio that enables customers to accelerate process development, optimize manufacturing workflows, and reduce time-to-clinic through in-silico modelling and data-driven decision-making.

As Cytiva's digital and data-driven strategy evolves, this role will execute initiatives that leverage proprietary data, digital tools, and data-driven service models to drive design-in and customer adoption at scale. This includes the productization and commercialization of data libraries, digital tech transfer packages, analytics-enabled services, and other data-as-product offerings that emerge from the broader Digital Modelling roadmap.

As an experienced Senior Global Product Manager, you will operate independently with strategic autonomy, delivering business results and owning the portfolio roadmap while actively contributing to the Clinical Programs' strategy. You will be expected to develop and execute product strategies that drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer adoption and collaborate with marketing to formulate the tactics. You will serve as a key interface between R&D, data science, commercial teams, and external partners—translating complex technical and data-driven capabilities into customer value and competitive differentiation.

While the initial focus of this role is on the GoSilico portfolio, the position is designed to grow in scope as Cytiva's digital, data, and software product strategy evolves. The successful candidate will bring the breadth of perspective and adaptability needed to shape how digital tools, data products, and platforms are positioned, commercialized, and integrated across Cytiva's broader service and product ecosystem.

This position reports to the Director of Product Management and is part of the Clinical Programs Portfolio & Commercial Ops team located in Germany and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

  • Life Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end GoSilico product lifecycle—roadmap, feature prioritization, release planning, versioning, and end-of-life—expanding over time to the broader digital and data product portfolio.
  • Market Work & Customer Insight: Execute qualitative and quantitative VOC—including for emerging data and digital service concepts—build customer segmentation and personas, monitor competitive activity, and evaluate innovation opportunities through NPD or open-innovation partnerships.
  • Data-Driven Initiative Execution: Lead the productization and commercialization of data-driven offerings emerging from the Digital Modelling roadmap. Define product requirements, work with R&D and data science teams, build commercial positioning, and own initiative-level P&L.
  • Ecosystem & Stakeholder Engagement: Build cross-functional relationships across and within Cytiva and Danaher business unit functions including R&D, Data Science, Scientific Excellence, Fast Trak, Commercial, and Site Leadership; serve as a trusted advisor on digital tools and data products, and their positioning within customers' bioprocess development workflows.
  • Commercial Enablement & Value Selling: Develop and deploy value selling materials, positioning guides, and training programs that equip the commercial team to identify opportunities within customer workflows and confidently articulate the value of both software products and data-driven services in context.

Who you are:

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related life science discipline
  • Multiple years of combined experience in practical bioprocess applications, marketing, and product management roles in the biopharmaceutical industry
  • Experience working with or adjacent to data engineering, digital product, or data science teams in a product management or commercial capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical or data-driven capabilities into commercial offerings with clear customer value

Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

  • Up to 30% domestic and international travelling

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Strong understanding of bioprocessing, ideally chromatography, including how customers qualify and adopt digital deliverables within regulated environments (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GMP)
  • Comfort managing products where data or digital content — not just software functionality — is the core deliverable, including familiarity with data governance principles such as anonymization, data ownership, IP, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with subscription, access-based, or data-as-a-service commercial models
