How you will contribute
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Global Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of category and brand strategies for our Refreshing Gum and Candy portfolio. This role will focus on driving innovation and communication platforms for iconic global brands such as Trident and Halls, while ensuring alignment with local teams to deliver long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand management, innovation pipeline development, and cross-functional leadership within the FMCG industry. Preferred candidates will have previous experience in a global role or working across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Category & Brand Strategy:
    Lead the creation and evolution of the global category and brand strategy for the Refreshing Gum and Candy portfolio, ensuring it aligns with business goals and market trends.


  • Innovation Strategy & Pipeline Development:
    Develop a robust consumer driven innovation pipeline for Trident and Halls, identifying new product opportunities that drive growth, and oversee the end-to-end process from concept to market launch.


  • Global Communication Platforms:
    Develop and implement global communication platforms, leveraging the Brand Experience Model to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all markets. Establish global partnerships to enhance brand presence and engagement.


  • Local Market Influence & Leadership:
    Leverage influencing skills to encourage alignment to global vision and brand ambition. Act as a strategic partner to local marketing teams, encouraging and monitoring growth across key brands to deliver long term plans


  • Cross-functional Collaboration and Agency Management:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and projects. Lead agency teams to deliver on brand strategy and communications plans


  • Data-driven Decision Making:
    Utilize consumer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to guide decision-making, optimize marketing investments, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
