What you'll do
- You will be responsible for your own account: at Emma we believe in ownership.
- You will be in charge of building strong partnerships with European Wholesaler and become an Emma brand ambassador to all our partners
- You will be accountable for the business steering: Profit and losses of your portfolio, forecasting with Supply Chain to ensure smoothness of Sales campaigns.
- You will be in charge of negotiating deals & visibility with your partners
- You will be the full owner when implementing product strategy on all B2B platforms: adapting product portfolio, pricing strategy and creating an annual promotional calendar
- You will conduct in-depth analyses of your Accounts & competitors to build and adapt this strategy: definition of KPI’s
- You will work in an international environment and will need to align your Global strategy with local teams and stakeholders
This is what you'll bring to us:
- You have experience in Key Account Management
- You have a true entrepreneurial mindset, and you are ready to work independently with strong responsibilities
- You have strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, empathy, and willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams
- You are pragmatic with a strong analytical mind and have an affinity for numbers
- You are fluent German & English (Min. C2) , other additional European languages are a plus
