Key Exciting Responsibilities
Drive the expansion of global ePayment options by collaborating on strategic projects across international regions.
Manage and optimize international payment systems, including eCheck, ACH, Direct Debit, and Brazilian Boleto frameworks.
Spearhead chargeback investigations and fraud data monitoring across multiple ERP and eCommerce platforms.
Partner with internal teams and global financial institutions to resolve complex payment processing exceptions and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Validate user and system processes to ensure Trimble maintains continuous Payment Card Industry compliance.
Essential Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in ePayments, billing platforms, or accounting operations.
Deep understanding of global ePayment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, SEPA, and direct debit systems.
Hands on experience with top tier ERP systems like Oracle R12, Salesforce, or major payment gateways like CyberSource and Stripe.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to research complex transaction inquiries.
Flexibility to work shifts aligned with US and Americas Eastern Standard Time hours.
Bonus Points For
Professional certifications in credit card chargeback management or fraud handling.
Experience with advanced reporting and business intelligence tools such as Excel, DoMo, PowerBI, or SQL.
Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal), with the ability to confidently communicate with global financial institutions, internal US stakeholders, and international customers.
