As the Senior Global Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our global ecommerce growth and digital performance marketing initiatives. You will own the end-to-end digital ecosystem, crafting strategies that propel sustainable business growth across international markets. From building the brand’s awareness online through orchestrating a sophisticated performance media mix and multi-channel budget forecasting to optimizing the ecommerce journey for maximum conversion, your impact will be felt globally.

You will leverage cutting-edge data insights and AI-driven tools to make strategic decisions that enhance customer lifetime value and amplify our brand’s digital resonance. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Global Planning
  • Architect the Digital Ecosystem: Define and execute a comprehensive, full-funnel digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels on a global scale.
  • Drive Measurable Impact: Translate ambitious business goals into actionable KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, global revenue growth).
  • Innovate and Optimize: Identify strategic gaps in digital channels and pioneer short- and long-term tactics to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Amplify Brand Affinity: Build and scale our social presence and engagement across diverse international platforms, ensuring a consistent, premium brand narrative.
  • Establish Global Standards: Set the benchmark for best practices across SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Digital Content, and UX/UI.
Performance Marketing & Media Mix Ownership
  • Master the Funnel: Own and continuously optimize brand and performance marketing strategies across major global platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, affiliates, and emerging regional channels).
  • Maximize Efficiency: Rigorously evaluate channel effectiveness to drive scalability, efficiency, and incremental growth across diverse markets.
  • Pioneer New Frontiers: Champion innovation by testing new platforms, ad formats, and growth levers to stay ahead of digital trends.
Ecommerce Strategy & Operations
  • Elevate the Digital Storefront: Oversee the global ecommerce marketing strategy, aligning calendar planning and promotional activities with broader brand objectives.
  • Optimize the Journey: Refine the product assortment and online shopping experience to deliver a seamless, premium journey for our global customer base.
Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Command the Investment: Oversee and strategically allocate the multi-channel digital marketing budget across global markets.
  • Predictive Modeling: Build robust forecasting models and ROI scenarios to guide high-stakes investment decisions.
  • Maximize Profitability: Optimize spend dynamically across regions and channels to ensure maximum return on investment.
Analytics & Insights
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Lead advanced analytics initiatives, translating complex campaign and customer data into actionable, strategic business insights.
  • Visualize Success: Steer the development of comprehensive dashboards to provide deep-dive analyses into full-funnel performance, CAC, and multi-touch attribution.
AI & Workflow Innovation
  • Embrace the Future: Leverage generative AI and platform-native machine learning (e.g., Meta Advantage+, Google PMax, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate data analysis and revolutionize operational workflows.
  • Drive Tech Adoption: Champion the integration of innovative tools to enhance campaign execution, reporting, and overall team agility.
What We Are Looking For
  • Extensive Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, ideally within the global fashion, retail, or ecommerce sectors.
  • Exceptional Leadership: Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams across different regions.
  • Tech-Forward Mindset: A forward-thinking approach with proven experience adopting AI-driven tools and automation to elevate marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in owning and scaling large-scale digital media budgets, delivering profitable growth, and driving measurable business impact on a global scale.
  • Ecosystem Expertise: Deep knowledge of global digital and ecommerce platforms, CMS, and complex online customer journeys.
  • MarTech Mastery: Proven capability in leveraging CRM, CDP, and marketing automation platforms to execute personalization, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing at scale.
  • Commercial Acumen: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into strategic, revenue-driving decisions.
