Job description

What will be your agenda:

  • Shape brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistent brand image, associations, and delivery of core brand elements. 
  • Develop brand guidelines, strategies, and tactical plans. 
  • Lead brand communication and activation across multi-channel marketing mix. 
  • Monitor and evaluate brand campaigns, sponsorships, and marketing activities; collect data, benchmark, and drive brand awareness. 
  • Support creation and leadership buy-in for brand strategy, story, guidelines, value proposition, and overall brand experience. 
  • Manage and execute global partnerships/sponsorships in sports, tech, science, and other strategic areas. 
  • Lead planning and execution of marketing activities for assigned partnerships, including project plans, communication concepts, budgets, and KPIs, in collaboration with country marketing and sales teams. 
  • Contribute to global sponsorship strategy to position ESET as a cybersecurity leader. 
  • Identify, assess, and propose collaboration opportunities with cost estimates. 
  • Collaborate effectively with global, regional, and local teams, as well as external agencies. 
  • Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders across planning, execution, and evaluation phases. 
  • Track and report partnership KPIs, interpret results, and provide recommendations. 
  • Share insights, mentorship, and guidance with ESET’s distribution network. 
  • Lead cross-functional projects and act as project owner internally and externally

    What do we expect from you:

    Education 

    • Master’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or related field. 

    Experience 

    • 7+ years in marketing, 5+ years in international environments, ideally 2+ years in brand, sponsorship, or event marketing. 

    • Experience in tech sector and large organizations preferred. 

    • Proven track record in brand strategy, activation, and partnership development. 

    • Cross-functional leadership experience is a plus. 

    Knowledge & Skills 

    • Deep understanding of strategic, brand, and partnership marketing, both conceptual and hands-on execution experience 

    • Experience in brand building, communication, and collaboration via sponsorships, events, and other channels. 

    • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and ability to manage end-to-end processes. 

    • Fluent in English (C1 or higher).

    Additional Information 

    Travel 

    • Up to 10% (mostly international) 

    Wage (salary) gross/monthly: from 3200 Euro 

    • Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 15% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
