Job Description
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality FP&A processes including Closing, Outlook, and Budget across the CDMO network of more than 18 sites, ensure consistency and transparency
Lead and manage the global CDMO Finance Calendar with precision and foresight
Drive financial support for strategic projects, negotiations, and reconciliations
Present financial data clearly & confidently in external discussions / negotiations
Support business development through sales simulations and capacity-based targeting
Partner closely with CDMO leadership to provide actionable financial insights
Implement and optimize data structures, automation, and digital tools for FP&A
Essential for the role:
8-12 years finance experience
Outstanding communication & presentation skills
Strong level of seniority, speak-up mindset
Very experienced in stakeholder management
Tech Ops understanding
Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking
Sound finance and accounting background
Proven result-orientation
Strong project management skills
Ideal: Global FP&A and/ or Commercial experience
