Ensure General Ledgers (GLs) are posted correctly in line with the company's accounting guidance and policies. Reconcile GLs periodically and resolve any differences in a timely manner.
•
Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accounting processes in line with the company's policies.
•
Prepare statutory annual financial reporting under local and HQ Financial Standards. Act as the primary coordinator with internal and external auditors.

Ensure effective SOX compliance in the entity by:
1. Developing and implementing an annual enterprise SOX risk and control assessment program.
2. Working with control owners to identify, design, and conduct management assessments of internal controls.
3. Assessing processes, risks, and controls to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
4. Supporting process improvement and control optimization projects.
5. Liaising with internal/external auditors, consultants, and regulators.
6. Supporting control owners in the preparation and execution of the annual SOX testing plan.
7. Performing tests of design and operating effectiveness.
•
Ensuring all compliances timely and correct e.g., GST, Income tax, FEMA, Transfer Pricing and Company law.
•
Support Finance Director to close the books and reports month, quarter and the year-end timely and accurately.
•
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the management, monitoring financial performance e.g., margins, cost analysis, AOP variances and cash flow forecasting.
•
Supporting APAC Finance Director in the development and review of annual operational plans and budgets.
•
Review and Analyze product costing and margin for the contract manufacturer in India and provide recommendations to standardize process, cost and improve margins.
•
Responsible for submitting to APAC Finance Director cost and margin analysis and driving actions for improvements and mitigation plans.
•
Supporting the APAC Finance Director in developing and delivering the organization’s financial and business strategy.
•
Providing support in other commercial matters such as insurance, contracts, credit terms
•
Produce ad hoc analyses and reports for site, divisional, group and corporate management as requested.
•
Supporting APAC Finance Director in any special project taken by entities in APAC under the umbrella.
