- Record journal entries on a timely basis and in accordance with our accounting guidelines
- Record the necessary accruals and interests on IC loans
- Perform vendor/customer balance reconciliations
- Perform bank account postings and reconciliations for our European subsidiaries.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
- Ensure all business policies and processors are followed in order to comply with internal controls, segregation of duties, delegation of authority.
- Assist in the intercompany recharging process
- Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts
- Assist in audit process.
- Assist in any ad hoc project or process request.
- Degree in accounting, or related field or equivalent through experience
- over 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in English and Croatian
- Extensive experience with Excel is a must.
- Microsoft Dynamics experience or ERP is considered a plus.
- Experience within a multinational environment is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
