Join the Dead by Daylight team as a Senior Generalist Programmer and help shape the next decade of our flagship franchise by building tools and automation that empower production teams, while analyzing internal processes to uncover bottlenecks and drive meaningful improvements.

In this role you will:

    • Build tools and systems to support production and improve workflows. 

    • Maintain and update the editor and tools to ensure stability and performance.

    • Improve build quality and iteration speed across teams.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges.

    • Contribute to the evolution of a large, live multi-platform game. 

    • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

What we’re looking for:

    • 7–8+ years of experience in programming at a senior level.

    • Strong expertise in C++ and Unreal Engine.

    • Experience building tools and working on game systems. 

    • Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts simply. 

    • Adaptable, curious, and comfortable with shifting priorities. 

    • Proactive, collaborative problem-solver who thrives in team environments.

    • Développer des outils et des systèmes pour soutenir la production et améliorer les flux de travail;

    • Assurer la maintenance et l’évolution de l’éditeur et des outils afin d’en garantir la stabilité et des performances optimales; 

    • Améliorer la qualité des builds et la rapidité d’itération des équipes; 

    • Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour résoudre des défis techniques; 

    • Contribuer à l’évolution d’un jeu live d’envergure, disponible sur plusieurs plateformes; 

    • Gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.

Ce que nous recherchons :

    • 7 à 8+ ans d’expérience en programmation (niveau senior); 

    • Excellente maîtrise du C++ et avec Unreal Engine; 

    • Expérience en développement d’outils et de systèmes de jeu; 

    • Capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques complexes; 

    • Profil adaptable, curieux et à l’aise dans des contextes changeants; 

    • Esprit d’initiative et forte collaboration avec les équipes.
