Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Game Designer (Meta) to work on a new project in World of Tanks franchise. Our game is focused on alternative Cold War era with new tanks and vehicles including never seen before prototypes. Game has hero shooter elements to it, vast progression system giving player ability to experiment and build vehicles to their own liking.
You will create new content for the game, including vehicles and agents’ progression. Design new game meta mechanics and work with existing ones.

Lead Game Designer
What will you do?
- Deliver on the game vision as set by the Lead Game Designer and Product Director.
- Create new vehicle and agent progressions.
- Work with other meta features, related to game progression.
- Work in the editor to create prototypes of new mechanics
- Work with existing designs and modify them accordingly to game vision
- Create documentation for engineers and other designers
What are we looking for?
- Experience creating systems for FPS/TPS shooters
- Shipped FPS/TPS titles, PC or Consoles
- Experience working on PvP/PVE shooters progressions
- Knowledge on shooter meta game systems
- Being an active player of PC and Console
- Experience in working in game editor (Proprietary game engines/Unreal/Unity etc.)
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- English language knowledge (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Desire to learn how things work.
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Shipped titles and LiveOps experience
- Experience in shipping features utilizing state machine tools
- Experience in source control system (GIT preferred)
- Experience in Vehicle shooters
- Ability to learn fast
- Prototyping experience
- Experience in console development
Work mode
Hybrid (3-4 days of work from the office)
