Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualize, present, and execute ideas from A to Z, taking full ownership of your creations
• Work closely with the Art Lead, LiveOps managers, and cross-functional teams including tech and animation to create engaging designs
• Create a playful, intuitive, and cohesive look & feel that enhances the overall user experience
• Prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment while meeting tight deadlines
• Create functional and visually engaging in-game promotional content, adapt to different art styles, and maintain visual consistency across the game
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the gaming industry
• A strong digital portfolio showcasing gaming work and relevant skills
• Ability to deliver highly creative work while maintaining strong technical execution
• Strong understanding of composition, form, color, light, and shadow
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience working with AI tools for creating and enhancing visual assets, including prompt creation and iteration
• Strong understanding of typography, including accessibility, readability, and logo creation
• Ability to create accurate concept sketches to visualize, explore, and communicate design ideas
• Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals
• Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple cross-functional teams
• Open to feedback with a creative, flexible, and collaborative mindset
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to work effectively with both in-house and remote teams
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, workflows, and evolving project requirements
