About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Fund Analyst to join our Separate Mandate’s Team. The Separate Mandates business offers a diverse exposure across property sectors and markets for a range of major domestic and global clients.
The role will support our Fund Managers in delivering exceptional results for our mandate clients. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead fund modelling, performance analysis, and strategic reporting to help shape investment decisions and drive portfolio growth.
What you’ll be doing:
Partner with Fund Managers to execute investment strategies, acquisitions, and divestments.
Develop and manage fund models to support financial analysis and decision-making.
Monitor performance against fund strategy and budgets, providing insights and recommendations.
Deliver high-quality client service and build strong, trusted relationships.
Prepare investment recommendations, budget presentations, and performance reports.
Collaborate with Investment Managers and Finance teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
Support capital management strategies and contribute to business growth initiatives.
About you:
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills (e.g. IRR, valuation models).
Experience in property investment or fund management.
A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering results.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
Specific knowledge of Forbury, MRI or other real estate property models is considered highly advantageous.
