Job DescriptionThis role suits someone professionally qualified or studying toward a qualification in fund administration or accounting, with strong practical knowledge of property, private equity and alternative funds. You’ll manage the day‑to‑day administration of a portfolio of key clients, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and adherence to procedures, SLAs and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to a Fund Administration Manager, you’ll work closely with Fund Accountants and Directors to support smooth operations across assigned structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Client servicing — Act as a primary contact, communicating clearly and promptly with clients and advisers. Maintain strong governance and proactively manage expectations.
- Accounting coordination — Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate, timely bookkeeping and investment transaction processing.
- Payments & expenses — Calculate and process fees, expenses and invoices in line with internal procedures.
- Cash management — Monitor cash positions, arrange transfers, manage FX, and ensure compliance with investment guidelines.
- Governance & compliance — Ensure structures meet statutory, regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Board support — Liaise with the Corporate Secretarial team to prepare board packs, support investment approvals and follow up on action points.
- Operational oversight — Understand each structure’s documentation and ensure all activity aligns with constitutive documents and SLAs.

- Strong experience in fund administration
- Solid technical accounting knowledge; ideally qualified or studying
