Who you are
You're an experienced D365 F&O consultant who knows ERP delivery well. You understand how businesses buy, sell, produce, and report, and you know how to turn that into a system that works for them. You're comfortable leading a client workshop, you hold your ground on best practice, and you enjoy helping the people around you grow. Most of all, you care about getting it right for the client.
What you'll do
· Lead implementations from start to finish. You'll take ownership of D365 F&O projects end to end, from the first requirements conversation through design, configuration, testing, and go-live, and you'll stay with the client afterwards until they're fully settled. You'll run fit-gap analysis, shape solutions that fit how the business really works, and deliver in line with Microsoft's Success by Design framework and industry best practice.
· Be the advisor client’s trust. You'll get to know how each client's business runs and help them find better ways to work with D365 F&O. You'll advocate for proven practices, guide them through adoption, and build relationships that last well beyond go-live.
· Help people succeed with the system. You'll design and deliver user training and provide post-implementation support so teams feel confident using what's been built.
· Raise the bar with your team. You'll work hand in hand with functional and technical consultants and project managers to keep delivery on track. You'll mentor junior consultants, share what you've learned, and help the team hold itself to high standards of quality.
Skills and experiences
· 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX), including at least two full-lifecycle implementations.
· Deep functional expertise in Finance (GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budgeting) and/or Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehouse, Production).
· Strong command of core processes such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.
· Experience writing BRDs, FDDs, and test scripts, and leading SIT, UAT, data migration, and cutover activities.
· Confidence in client-facing work, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
· Familiarity with Lifecycle Services, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, or integrations.
Nice to have:
· Microsoft certifications such as MB-310, MB-330, or MB-700 (Solution Architect Expert).
· A professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent).
· Experience with international or multi-entity rollouts.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or IT
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations certification in Finance or Supply Chain
- 3-4 years of ERP consulting experience
- At least two full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing modules
- Ability to independently manage ERP implementations with moderate to minimal supervision
- Knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Warehouse Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to mentor junior consultants
- Customer-oriented approach focused on client satisfaction
- ACCA qualification
- Exposure to HR, Payroll, Landed Cost Management, or Project Management Accounting
