The Role
As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer at crewAI, you will play a pivotal role in developing scalable, innovative software solutions that drive our mission forward. You'll work closely with a talented team of engineers, researchers, and AI enthusiasts, contributing to projects that leverage the power of large language models (LLMs) and our unique crewAI framework. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a founder mentality, ready to embrace challenges with minimal guidance and make meaningful contributions to our remote-first culture.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain robust fullstack solutions using Ruby, React, CSS, HTML, and potentially Python.
- Engage with cutting-edge AI related technologies, including LLMs.
- Experience with crewAI is a nice to have.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of multi-agent systems applications.
- Work autonomously in a remote setting, demonstrating strong communication and self-management skills to drive projects from conception to deployment.
- Innovate and adapt to the rapidly evolving AI landscape, contributing to open-source projects and embracing continuous learning.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with expertise in Ruby, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Python.
- Experience with data pipelines and background jobs.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies, particularly with LLMs and the crewAI framework, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of multi-agent systems.
- Founder mentality: an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of driving projects forward with minimal supervision.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, suited for a remote work environment.
- A passion for open-source contribution and ongoing personal and professional development.
- Nice to have: Experience with Kafka and Clickhouse
