Develop CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, observability, security controls, self-hosted installation tooling, and reliability processes. The Forward Deployed Engineer integrates CrewAI's products into client systems, ensuring successful implementation by understanding technical requirements and business contexts. They lead deployable solutions, conduct workshops, and monitor performance, ultimately enhancing client satisfaction and value delivery.

Manage the full customer lifecycle for LATAM enterprise accounts: onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion. Build executive relationships, define success metrics, run activation programs and QBRs, surface product feedback, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive AI platform adoption and ROI.

Maintain and evolve the CrewAI open-source framework: design and implement core agent orchestration and public APIs, triage and review community PRs, ensure high-quality typed Python with tests and CI, document APIs and DX, and collaborate with runtime/platform teams while engaging the community across forums.

Senior technical owner for enterprise support: reproduce and resolve complex issues end-to-end, define SLAs/severity/escalation, hand off clear tickets to engineering, build KB and onboarding, and synthesize product feedback.

Build and maintain the Python enterprise runtime for CrewAI, including FastAPI services, Celery workers, Redis-backed state, execution APIs, security (JWT/webhooks), observability (OpenTelemetry/Sentry), testing (pytest/mypy/ruff), and integrations with cloud identity and secret stores across AWS, GCP, and Azure to enable resumable, observable, and secure agent workflows in production.
