Own and build CrewAI's end-to-end data foundation: consolidate telemetry and application data, design pipelines and warehouses, define trusted metrics and semantic models, improve instrumentation and data quality, enable self-serve analytics, and support product and GTM decisions with reliable dashboards and analyses.

Build and operate CrewAI's infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Own containerized deployments, CI/CD pipelines, observability, secrets, networking, databases, and on-call reliability. Harden security, automate deployments and installs, partner with runtime and product engineers, and reduce operational toil through tooling and automation.

The Forward Deployed Engineer integrates CrewAI's products into client systems, ensuring successful implementation by understanding technical requirements and business contexts. They lead deployable solutions, conduct workshops, and monitor performance, ultimately enhancing client satisfaction and value delivery.

Manage the full customer lifecycle for LATAM enterprise accounts: onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion. Build executive relationships, define success metrics, run activation programs and QBRs, surface product feedback, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive AI platform adoption and ROI.

Senior technical owner for enterprise support: reproduce and resolve complex issues end-to-end, define SLAs/severity/escalation, hand off clear tickets to engineering, build KB and onboarding, and synthesize product feedback.

Maintain and evolve the CrewAI open-source framework: design and implement core agent orchestration and public APIs, triage and review community PRs, ensure high-quality typed Python with tests and CI, document APIs and DX, and collaborate with runtime/platform teams while engaging the community across forums.
