Build and maintain Java-based automation frameworks covering APIs, web, mobile, integrations, financial workflows, and persisted data. Define risk-based testing strategies, create reliable parallel test suites, validate payment and banking edge cases, automate Flutter journeys, integrate tests into CI/CD, reduce flakiness, investigate failures, and communicate release risk. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure critical customer and financial workflows are trustworthy.

Own and improve GCP and GKE infrastructure, Terraform IaC, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, security controls, backups, disaster recovery, and production reliability. Design safe releases and rollbacks, investigate incidents, improve developer productivity, manage cloud costs, and support secure, repeatable operations across environments.

Own end-to-end features across Flutter mobile apps, React web applications, and Java/Spring Boot services. Build accessible interfaces, secure REST APIs, financial transaction workflows, PostgreSQL schemas, integrations, tests, telemetry, and production improvements. Mentor engineers, review code, document decisions, and support reliable releases across cloud and Kubernetes environments.

Owns relationships with retail and institutional investors across onboarding, conversion, reinvestment, and retention. Builds investor pipelines, leads consultative conversations, explains investment returns and risks, drives asset fill rates, and develops investor-relations processes from the ground up. Coordinates with internal teams, tracks feedback, and manages performance against conversion, reinvestment, pipeline, retention, and NPS metrics.
