Senior Fullstack Engineer

Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.

Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in the service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, and more countries soon, love running on Tebi.

We’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer to help us build powerful, delightful features that empower restaurant teams. You’ll work across the stack to bring new ideas to life, whether it’s building intuitive interfaces, scalable backend services, or the glue in between that makes everything feel seamless. The role will be focusing 70% frontend and 30% backend development.

You’ll collaborate closely with design, product, and other engineers to rapidly ship impactful features. As an early team member, you’ll also help shape our engineering culture, tooling, and technical direction.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving real user problems, and wants to help modernize an underserved industry with thoughtful, elegant software.

• Build, test, and ship end-to-end features across the stack, from APIs and data models to user interfaces

• Collaborate with designers and PMs to translate user needs into working, intuitive product experiences

• Own projects from concept to launch and beyond, balancing speed, quality, and scalability

• Improve system performance and reliability across frontend and backend systems

• Help evolve our codebase and technical architecture as we scale

• Contribute to shared tooling, component libraries, and best practices that level up the whole team

• 8+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer in a product-focused environment

• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks like Vue.js or React.js.

• Experience in any language in backend development ex. Kotlin, Java, PHP, Node.js etc

• Experienced working with relational databases, and docker

• A product mindset, you care about the why behind what you’re building and optimizing for user impact

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong attention to detail and a sense of pride in crafting great user experiences
