Responsibilities and Impact
As a Full Stack Engineer on the Nominal Core team, you'll have the opportunity to take full ownership of creating our groundbreaking product:
- You'll work alongside a talented team of engineers and play a critical role in designing, building, and launching new capabilities and features that bring significant value to our customers.
- As a key member of our team, you'll also work with a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to own and solve technical and product problems, end to end.
- You'll be responsible for everything from design and UX to implementation and deployment, testing, and monitoring. This means you'll have a chance to make a real impact on the entire development process and help shape the future of our product.
- You'll also need to have a strong technical background and be comfortable building intuitive web applications using modern frameworks.
- You'll be expected to uphold best practices in engineering and design and to continually strive for excellence in all that you do.
- 5+ years of experience doing full-stack web development with a strong background in front-end - MUST
- 2+ years of experience with React JS - MUST
- Experience with state management libraries
- Ability to acquire end-to-end responsibilities
- Experience building modern web applications and data backends; we work mostly with TypeScript (NextJS) and Python.
- Experience with Relational DBs and SQL
- Experience with NextJS
- Experience with UI/UX/ design and best practices
- Experience with storybook
- Experience with JS testing libraries (jest)
- Experience with utility css (tailwind)
