We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to work with one of our US clients, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company dedicated to transforming behavioral health and whole-person care through technology. The ideal candidate will join a mission-driven team focused on building secure, scalable, and high-performance digital health platforms that empower people to achieve their best well-being.
In this role, you will design and develop APIs, services, and infrastructure to support web and mobile applications for enterprise healthcare clients, while also contributing to the front-end experiences that bring those systems to life. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, data, and DevOps teams to deliver robust and elegant systems within a modern cloud environment. Initial allocation will lean more backend-heavy, with the balance shifting toward front-end work as the project evolves.

Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role:
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and reliable server-side components, APIs, and the front-end interfaces that consume them.
- Work closely with Product and Design teams to implement RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, business logic, database schemas, and responsive UI components.
- Build and maintain services using TypeScript, React, and Node.js, and manage deployments across AWS and Kubernetes environments.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST requirements through strong engineering practices on both front-end and back-end.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Monitor, debug, and improve application performance, reliability, and observability end to end.
- Write clean, maintainable code with appropriate documentation and unit/integration tests across the stack.
- Collaborate cross-functionally in agile sprints using Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
You will shine if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in fullstack software development, including SaaS or digital health platforms.
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript, with solid experience building and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.
- Proficiency with AWS services and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Experience with Node.js on the backend and a comfortable understanding of microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST).
- Experience using Docker, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with iterative development cycles, and flexibility to shift focus between backend and front-end work as project needs evolve.
- Desire to master a variety of AI tools to reduce coding time and enhance development and automation processes.
