Oversee fund and project accounting, consolidations, capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, investor reporting, construction draws, job costing, audits, tax coordination, cash flow, and internal controls. Develop underwriting and financing models, monitor covenants, improve accounting systems, and present performance insights to executives, investors, and lenders.

Own fund management software implementations by configuring, testing, and validating private fund structures and calculations. Handle complex implementations with minimal oversight, identify edge cases, propose solutions, guide Associates, and collaborate with U.S.-based Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams. The role also involves refining evolving processes, managing complex datasets, and using AI tools to support workflow automation and testing.

Own end-to-end implementations of private fund management software, including configuring, testing, and validating fund structures and calculations. Coordinate implementation workstreams, escalate complex issues, partner with U.S. Product and Engineering teams, identify edge cases, refine evolving processes, and mentor Associates and Senior Associates. The role requires deep private funds expertise, strong attention to detail, data management skills, and hands-on use of AI tools for automation and testing.

Own the full accounts payable cycle across corporate, fund, and project entities. Process invoices and payments, track construction commitments, review pay applications, manage change orders, retainage, and lien waivers, and reconcile job costs with the general ledger. Support month-end close, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany billing, cash monitoring, payroll entries, audits, tax preparation, and lender or investor requests.

Own and evolve PayJoy’s global Customer Support data architecture, including Bronze/Silver/Gold layers, dimensional models, semantic layers, KPI frameworks, governance, and scalable ingestion pipelines. Design solutions using Databricks, dbt, Spark, Fivetran, APIs, and cloud storage. Provide technical guidance to engineers and analysts, document standards, mentor colleagues, and translate complex business requirements into maintainable analytics foundations. The role also supports BI, AI, and reporting use cases while collaborating with global business and technical stakeholders.
