About the work:
You design, develop, and extend Marketing tech systems to build SEO/SEM, transform our digital presence (browser and mobile) to grow digital impressions, engagement, and acquire customers. Your work drives our digital brand presence and marketing to grow our business and our reputation with customers - current and potential. You are an expert in common Front End & Digital Marketing technologies such as Next.js, headless CMS, serverless infrastructure as well as Google Analytics, Google SEO and an expert at latency/page speed, security concepts, accessibility, and A/B testing.
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer specializing in lead generation within our Marketing Tech team, you will be instrumental in transforming our digital presence to drive digital impressions, engagement, and customer acquisition. With your expertise in common Front End & Digital Marketing technologies, along with your proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript, and React, you will deliver the next generation of websites and mobile capabilities for Honor, HomeInstead and our online properties.
About you:
- You thrive in a diverse, cross-functional team, collaborating with people throughout the company
- You enjoy building clean interfaces and connecting them to backend services
- You’ve built and maintained production-grade features in Next.js, or have transferable experience in common frontend libraries and are willing to learn Next.js
- You know how to design schemas for a headless CMS, and have used a headless CMS at scale
- You’ve been a key contributor to the design and implementation of large, complex projects
- You are comfortable working in and refactoring legacy, monolithic code
- You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
- You have experience building on serverless infrastructure like AWS Lambda or Cloudflare Workers
Required Skills:
Software Development, including languages: JavaScript & Typescript, Python, cloud data storage: Redshift, Azure, data access such as SQL. Frontend libraries: React, Vue, Next.js
Experience with Google Analytics
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): CI/CD automation and tools
Great Teammate: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members - in person and remote.
Ambiguity and Invention with Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: We prefer trying and prototyping
Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Desire to adapt and continuously learn new technologies (i.e. AI/LLM) via prototyping.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in front-end development with a focus on lead generation interfaces.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and Python.
- Experience with cloud data storage (Redshift, Azure) and SQL for data access.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Knowledge of CI/CD automation and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Our range reflects the hiring range for this position. We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company. Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.
Base pay is just a part of our total rewards program. Honor offers generous equity packages that increase with position level and responsibilities, and a 401K with up to a 4% employer match.
We provide medical, dental and vision coverage including zero cost plans for employees. Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance are fully employer paid with a voluntary additional Life Insurance option. We offer a generous time off program, mental health benefits, wellness program, and discount program.
Hiring Salary Range
$171,500—$195,000 USD
