Senior Fullstack Engineer (Frontend-Oriented)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with strong frontend expertise and a product-driven mindset. The ideal candidate has proven experience building platforms from scratch and is capable of delivering go-to-market ready applications with a relentless focus on innovation and user experience.
As a core member of the team, you will have a significant opportunity to influence and establish our technological standards, professional excellence, and industry best practices—shaping the technical foundation of our growth engineering team.
What You’ll Do:
Architect & Build: Lead the development of new platforms and features from scratch, ensuring a solid foundation for scalability.
Frontend Leadership: Define and implement frontend standards, best practices, and architectural patterns.
End-to-End Ownership: Own features from initial design and system architecture to delivering polished, market-ready applications.
Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, focusing on load times, state management, and rendering.
UX Innovation: Partner with product and design teams to bridge technical feasibility with visual excellence.
Tooling & Infrastructure: Modernize build pipelines and development environments to keep our stack cutting-edge.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 4+ years in Fullstack development with significant experience building systems from scratch or taking end-to-end ownership of large-scale, impactful features.
Greenfield Expertise: A track record of building sophisticated platforms and go-to-market applications from the ground up.
Frontend Mastery: Expertise in modern JS/TS frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js) and a deep understanding of browser APIs.
State & Performance: Strong grasp of state management and a performance-first engineering mindset.
Backend Proficiency: Solid experience in backend system design and development using Node.js, Python, Redis, RabbitMQ, and PostgreSQL.
Modern Ecosystem: Significant experience with modern build tools and CI/CD pipelines (Vite, Webpack, etc.).
Product-Minded Engineering: A strong eye for UX/UI; you care about the product "feel" and user value as much as the code.
Leadership: Experience mentoring peers and leading the technical direction of complex projects.
