Design and deliver cloud‑based onboarding solutions that support thousands of data users worldwide, helping Rabobank accelerate its data‑driven ambitions across multiple platforms.

Build and improve a seamless onboarding experience for Rabobank’s Global Data & Analytics Platform by translating business needs into scalable technical solutions as a Senior DevOps Full Stack Engineer, working at the heart of a data‑driven enterprise.

• Deliver self‑service onboarding flows that reduce manual steps for platform users.
• Improve platform transparency by visualising system health and onboarding status.
• Connect multiple internal platforms into one integrated developer portal.

• 36 hours per week.
• Active within a tribe consisting of 4 distinct platform areas.
• 9.5 million customers worldwide.

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable front‑end and back‑end solutions within a cloud‑based platform environment.
• Design and integrate high‑performing APIs that connect multiple systems and platforms securely and reliably.
• Collaborate with diverse DevOps teams and stakeholders to continuously improve platform usability and adoption.

You work within the tribe Global Data & Analytics Platform, specifically in the Onboarding & Support area, collaborating closely with architects, engineers and business stakeholders across Rabobank.

• 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• 5+ years of experience designing and building enterprise‑scale portals.
• Proven experience with React, TypeScript, HTML and CSS in production environments.
• Strong experience designing, building and consuming high‑performing APIs.
• Proven experience with cloud and platform engineering concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with automated software testing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical mindset from a predefined soft‑skills list.
• Result‑oriented attitude from a predefined soft‑skills list.
