Job DescriptionAs a Fullstack Developer with Frontend focus you will be part of our team that builds the next generation of Workforce Management for the entire Deutsche Telekom Technology domain, with the goal to digitize and optimize existing field service processes.
We are replacing our legacy Workforce management system that orchestrated our work order flow with a highly scalable and flexible, Camunda based system that will transform complex business processes into seamless customer and employee experiences for our global businesses.
As a Fullstack Developer your main focus will be to:
- Work closely with POs, architects, and development/ops teams to support and evolve the application
- Develop and implement new frontend features based on product requirements
- Apply bugfixes on both frontend and backend (frontend prioritized)
- Write unit tests for new features
- Participate in code reviews / merge requests
- Mentor junior developers
- Troubleshoot and analyze incidents; help with root cause analysis
- Document your work in a clear, structured way
- Contribute to test strategy and choose proper automation technologies
- Frontend stack is React, therefore
- strong experience in React and Typescript
- OR advanced experience in Angular or Vue, and willingness to transition to React
- Backend stack is Java, therefore
- Good experience in Java and Frameworks like Spring-Boot
- General backend knowledge (REST APIs, microservices)
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture and component-based design
- Skilled in using build tools like Webpack, Vite, or similar
- Solid experience with Git and GitLab (branching, merge requests, etc.)
- Familiar with UI testing and test automation
