We are seeking an experienced to take ownership of vehicle and tele-station hardware package configurations. The successful candidate will lead the hardware release of complete configurations for engineering and commercial use, provide technical leadership to mechanical designers and oversee design reviews and hardware package releases.

- to mechanical designers, guiding them through complex design challenges
- Manage the of whole vehicle and tele-station configurations for both engineering and commercial use, ensuring all components are integrated seamlessly and function as intended, while ensuring accurate and accessible documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware designs align with overall project goals and timelines
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7, preferred 10 years of experience in hardware design and development, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
- Proven track record of leading complex mechanical design projects from concept to release; Proficiency in CAD and PLM softwares and other relevant engineering tools
- Strong understanding of vehicle technologies; experience with autonomous and tele-driving systems is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think creatively to overcome engineering challenges and commitment to deliver in a fast-paced, highly challenging innovative environment
