As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will develop scalable solutions, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute to architectural decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and uphold coding best practices. You’ll balance speed and quality to deliver impactful solutions by writing clean, maintainable code focusing on observability. Strong communication and ownership ensure timely updates and end-to-end project execution. With a growth mindset, you’ll stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine your skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build a robust creative marketplace platform that facilitates a seamless experience for brands to collaborate with makers and receive high quality advertising content
- Develop performant and robust UIs using commercial and open-source frameworks
- Collaborate with and explain complex technical issues to your technical peers and non-technical stakeholders
- Optimize and enhance existing services and products
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of Javascript/Typescript, React, NodeJS
- 3+ years of HTML/CSS experience, including layouts, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility
- Deep knowledge of backend development with serverless architectures and cloud platforms
- Proficiency building RESTful APIs and asynchronous event processing patterns; familiarity with tRPC is a plus
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL (PostgreSQL), including schema design and query optimization; familiarity with Drizzle ORM is a plus
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and build tools
- Experience on AWS, GCP, or other cloud infrastructure
- Experience with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Cursor)
- Familiarity with writing effective unit and functional tests in an automated environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to comprehend business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
