What You’ll Do- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain corporate applications using the Microsoft technology stack, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, security, and scalability
- Act primarily on the backend, supporting full stack activities when required
- Develop and maintain REST APIs, services, and system integrations
- Produce technical documentation, including workflows, data structures, and architectural decisions
- Analyze business and technical requirements, proposing solutions aligned with the financial industry context
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and databases
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participating in planning sessions, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies
- Work in a hands-on manner, with strong ownership and delivery focus
- Strong experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and services
- Knowledge of enterprise application architecture, microservices, and distributed systems
- Experience with Git and version control best practices
- Solid understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and software engineering best practices
- Strong experience with SQL Server
- Experience with relational data modeling
- Development and maintenance of stored procedures
- Query optimization and performance tuning
- Experience handling large data volumes
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Full Stack support
- Experience with system integrations and service consumption
- Experience working in enterprise and mission-critical environments
- Previous experience in the financial services industry
- Experience with banking systems, financial platforms, or capital markets environments
- Understanding of financial sector operations such as financial products and processes, trading, settlement, custody, or related operations, and integration within the financial ecosystem
- Experience in large-scale Microsoft-based enterprise environments
- Experience in high-availability or high-transaction systems
- English for communication with international teams
