About the Team
The Corporate Dev Technology IT team provides strategic solutions and support for various Business applications and platforms supporting various functions like Banking, Finance, Compliance, Market Risk, etc., We also develop and maintain shared reusable generic frameworks that can be leveraged by any internal teams within the firm like Corporate BPM framework, Corporate UI framework, Corporate Access Manager etc.,
The team is responsible for:
- Requirements Analysis
- Solution architecting and design
- Development and support
- Technical documentation
- Liaising with Business and Program Management teams on program deliverables
- Unit Testing, Integration Testing and UAT support
- Production Releases and deployments
- Production Support
Summary
The Corporate Lead Developer is responsible for managing the technical aspects of our finance applications and their integration with the accounting system, ensuring accurate reporting in the company’s ledgers. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and a strong understanding of accounting principles, providing leadership and guidance on system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Architects and Business Analysts to develop comprehensive technical design documentation.
- Design, develop, and implement financial products and custom web applications that meet business requirements.
- Create and implement technical specifications and business components using industry’s best practices, proven design patterns, and principles such as OOAD and SOLID.
- Analyze complex user stories and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Conduct high-level and low-level design, development, testing, coding, and resolution of issues and queries.
- Conduct unit and integration tests and actively engage in configuration management and deployment procedures.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare production releases.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to technical resources, including both full-time employees and third-party contractors.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in backend development with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server, along with related technologies.
- Front-end development experience with Angular (v10+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience building UI components using Angular Material, Bootstrap, and SASS.
- Exposure to Azure development and cloud-based solutions (preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile SDLC methodologies and best practices.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems integration.
- Highly organized, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
The expected base salary ranges from $111,000 - $185,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, including Medical, Dental and 401K plans, successful candidates are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
