What we’re looking for
• Senior mindset building real products (it usually takes around 5 years, but if it took you less — you’re probably our person)
• Strong full stack mindset: React, Node.js, C#, Python — whatever gets the job done best
• Experience building scalable production systems
• Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools, workflows, and agents
• Someone who moves fast but still deeply cares about quality
• People who like being early, not waiting until things feel “safe”
Bonus if you’ve worked with:
LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Pinecone, LangFuse, Kubernetes, distributed systems, or real AI products in production.

Skills Required
- 8+ years of professional full stack engineering experience
- 2+ years in a tech lead or senior technical leadership role
- Advanced proficiency with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and .NET (C#)
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis
- Experience designing and decomposing systems into microservices
