B2B customer support is undergoing a seismic shift. This role is hybrid with 3 days a week in our San Francisco office.

What you'll do
Engineering at Plain is about much more than moving tickets from left to right - it’s about owning and solving problems end to end, from infrastructure decisions to feature design to button copy.
You will:
- Build across the stack: frontend interfaces, backend logic, and everything in between
- Ship high impact features that are fast, reliable, and delightful
- Contribute to product and technical direction, working closely with design, engineering, and founders
- Collaborate tightly with customers to understand their problems and solve them elegantly
- Help shape a fast moving, product centric engineering culture

The salary range for this role is $200k - $240k + equity. Actual compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and scope of the role.
