We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and build scalable backend services and modern frontend applications for the Fleet Pro team. Fleet Pro powers real-time fleet operations, dispatch workflows, and high-impact operational systems where reliability and performance directly affect customers.
In addition to feature development, this role includes ownership of quality standards, maintaining and improving our automated testing setup and contributing to a strong QA culture.
Design and implement scalable backend services with .NET/C# or another OOP language
Build modern frontend applications in TypeScript
Develop and maintain APIs for real-time operational workflows
Participate in system design discussions (scalability, fault tolerance, performance)
Improve reliability and performance of distributed systems
Own quality for your features, including unit, integration, API, and E2E testing
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Be familiar with modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and reusable agent workflows to improve productivity and code quality
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, with experience in C# or another object-oriented programming language highly preferred.
Experience building scalable backend systems and REST APIs
Solid understanding of distributed systems fundamentals
Experience with SQL and CI/CD workflows
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Comfort using AI-assisted development tools responsibly
Experience with load testing or performance optimization
Experience with API or E2E testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress)
Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms
Experience in fleet, logistics, or operational systems
