What you'll build

You'll own the web platform, backend services, and AI personalization systems that power our web and mobile apps. This means building highly-scalable backends in Node.js, pixel-perfect React interfaces, and creating AI pipelines that make stretching routines smarter—think MCP servers, RAG systems, and personalized movement plans.

• Compensation: $160,000 - $190,000 + equity. Range varies based on experience, and exceptional candidates may exceed this range.
• You'll be based in NYC and work from our office 3 days a week.

Our interview process

• Getting to know you: 45-minute video call with hiring manager
• Technical interview: 1 hour system design virtual white-boarding + 1 hour live coding in JS/TS + React
• Meet the founder: Chat with our founder and CEO
• Coffee & croissants: For NYC candidates, get a pastry and talk shop with the hiring manager
