How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-quality software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle — from architecture and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into efficient and reliable technical solutions.
- Drive technical design and architecture discussions, ensuring well-structured, maintainable, and scalable systems.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and champion engineering best practices across the team.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and identify opportunities to enhance existing systems and processes.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of backend development experience, with strong expertise in PHP and modern frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony).
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design principles.
- Hands-on experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL solutions.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Familiar with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Vue.js is a plus).
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
- Exposure to containerization and cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Committed to writing clean, testable, and maintainable code with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
