- Act as an expert and advocate for the Coactive product, demonstrating its capabilities and value.
- Collaborate with the product team and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful microservices using Python and FastAPI.
- Work with Platform and DevOps teams to deploy and manage services on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure etc.,).
- Provide technical guidance to prospects and customers, leading Proof-of-Value engagements and technical integrations.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical support to sales and solutions engineers.
- Maintain clear documentation and establish streamlined processes to enhance collaboration.
- BS (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, including expertise in React, TypeScript, and advanced JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong experience in building distributed, scalable microservices with Python and FastAPI.
- Strong understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as solutions engineering or SME, is preferred.
- Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to develop solutions that drive customer success.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences, including delivering demos and product walkthroughs.
- Ability to mentor both technical and non-technical team members.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast paced startup environment, including rapid prototyping, shipping GA (General Availability) products, and scaling solutions from early stage experiments to production ready applications.
- Experience in building OpenAPI compliant SDKs is highly desirable.
