The Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to become a full-stack master as part of our amazing full stack engineering team, to improve your skills and learn from top-notch engineers, tackle tough problems and find creative ways to our them and work on cutting-edge technologies and become an industry leader.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Take part in a development team that tackles technical tasks and technical challenges with the aim of optimizing product quality in terms of performance, scalability, and architecture
- Architect and implement new features and functionality for both the front-end and back-end of our platform
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products on time
- Conduct code reviews, providing mentorship and feedback to junior engineers to help them grow in their technical abilities
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure a smooth user experience
Your Experience and Qualifications
- 5+ Years of hands-on experience in backend and frontend development
- 3+ Years of experience with React, single-page applications, and modern frontend paradigms
- 6+ Years of significant experience with: JavaScript & Node.js
- Solid knowledge of Programming methodologies and design patterns
- Experience in ECMAScript, HTML5, SCSS, and modern stacks like Babel, and Webpack
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering
- Experience with building common packages
- Strong team player with a keen eye for design and practical user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
- Proven ability to tackle new challenges and think creatively to solve problems
- Hands-on experience with performance optimization and profiling tools - an advantage
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - an advantage
- Experience mentoring and supporting developers in their growth - an advantage
- Familiarity with Micro Frontend architecture and module federation packages - an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to share technical innovations and best practices with teams - an advantage
