As an Associate Full-Stack Engineer for Brand Central, you will execute the technical vision and development of our platform, aimed at empowering brands to seamlessly manage their online presence and sales. This pivotal role involves architecting robust, scalable solutions that enhance user experience for brand owners, ensuring the platform's reliability, performance, and security. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to innovate and implement features that meet the evolving needs of our sellers. Your leadership will not only drive technical excellence but also mentor and inspire a team of engineers to build a cutting-edge portal that revolutionizes how brands engage with their customers online.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy for Brand Central.
  • Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance our technical capabilities and competitiveness.
  • Drive the development of technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system design documents, and coding guidelines.
  • Oversee code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Continuously monitor system performance while identifying and addressing any constraints or inefficiencies.

What you’ll bring:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science
  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on API integrations, UI development, and database management.
  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of our software solutions, leveraging your expertise in Python for both front-end and back-end development.
  • Develop and maintain API integrations with external systems and services, facilitating seamless data exchange and enhancing our product capabilities.
  • Implement and manage Kubernetes-based containerized applications to ensure scalability, resilience, and efficient deployment.
  • Create intuitive and responsive User Interfaces (UI) that provide an exceptional user experience, leveraging your expertise in front-end technologies.
  • Able to maintain high-performance service requirements.
