We're looking for a senior full stack engineer to join our supportive and collaborative engineering team.

This role would be great for you if you're looking for more technical authority and autonomy with your work. Maybe you've worked in startups or had your own startup that has finished up, and you want to join a team that moves quickly and places a huge emphasis on product and engineering. You're ready to take ownership, influence technical direction, and help shape how we build.

You'll have the opportunity to work across a range of exciting problem spaces from web and mobile to backend systems, AI, and infrastructure. You'll lead meaningful projects, mentor junior engineers, and have direct input into the products and systems you help create.

• Based: Australia (Remote)

• Remuneration (Including Super): AUD $160,000 - $200,000 pending your experience

• Work with the engineering team on one of our products & their backends - developing new features, fixing bugs, re-architecting core components functions.

• Contribute to architecture decisions and to long-term technical vision.

• Build and ship impactful features - from architecting new features to improving performance and code quality.

• Mentor junior engineers and review PRs.

• Contribute improvements to developer experience (tooling, CI/CD, monitoring).

• Share knowledge with peers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and informal mentoring.

• Our products seem simple to our users, but contain a high degree of technical complexity - from shared components across multiple products, to backend services powering web and mobile clients - there will be a lot to learn.

• Pace - we move very quickly, so you’ll need to be excited to come in and learn extremely fast

• We have a strong culture based on core values and standard operating procedures, you may need to unlearn a few things from previous experience

• Javascript/Typescript experience, including Node and Angular or React/React Native, is preferred.

• Love for all things Frontend including CSS.

• MongoDB and AWS experience is a bonus.

• Experience with building no/low code automation product(s) is a bonus.
